our "models" are not professionals... they are women with interesting stories which they've shared with us on our blog, cb nouvelle.

our store is located in nyc @ 1/2 bond street. hours are m-s 11-7 and sunday 12-6. we are currently closed during the corona virus.

most of our beauty products are made in the usa.

we recommend avoiding contact with any chemicals and abrasives and polishing with a clean cloth. to ensure the longevity of our jewelry pieces, we suggest removing them in the shower, in the pool, or at the beach.

our e-gift card does not expire, and you can redeem it during checkout by entering the unique code. If you would like to send someone a gift card, simply fill out the recipient information, select the amount, and check out.

we accept returns for apparel, home, and jewelry items within 30 days of delivery of your order. beauty and sale items are non-refundable. learn more about our return policy here.

unfortunately, we currently only ship domestically within the u.s. but we are hoping to expand so stay tuned!
