we offer shipping within the u.s. to all contiguous states except hawaii and alaska.
our standard shipping method via takes 2-5 business days to deliver.
please allow for 1 business day for your order to be processed. you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once your order is dispatched. please note that we are unable to deliver to p.o. boxes at this time.
we want you to be 100% happy with your order. should you need to return an item, please email email@example.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return and we will send you a return shipping label. please note, beauty and sale items are non-refundable. we accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order. all shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. our customer service team will let you know the amount of the return label fee when they send the label.
if anything is received damaged, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 3 days with photos.
once received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. please allow 3-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account. all products must be new, unused, unwashed and in all original packaging with original tags attached.
e-gift cards are not returnable.
