we want you to be 100% happy with your order. should you need to return an item, please email returns@studio1872.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return and we will send you a return shipping label. please note, beauty and sale items are non-refundable. we accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your order. all shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. our customer service team will let you know the amount of the return label fee when they send the label.
